Shipping

Rates

Domestic shipping is a flat $9 per order, however many pieces you buy. There are no handling fees and no surcharges at checkout — the total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Every item is one of one, so orders are packed and sent as a single parcel.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want something, email hello@slowpokeshop.com before ordering and we will quote you directly.

When it goes out

Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days. We hold stock ourselves rather than drop-shipping from consignors, so nothing waits on someone else to post it.

Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next business day.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. If the tracking email has not arrived within three business days of ordering, reply to your confirmation and we will chase it.

Packaging

Everything is pressed, folded and wrapped before it goes out. We reuse mailers and packing material wherever they are in good condition — a parcel that arrives in a box with someone else’s label crossed out is deliberate, not careless.

If something goes wrong

Lost, delayed or damaged in transit — tell us and we will deal with the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it. For items that arrive not as described, see the return policy.
